The other side of Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha.

Chukwuemeka Ihedioha was born on March 24th, 1965 at Mbutu Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area in Imo State, South-East Nigeria.He began his primary education at Town School, Mbutu in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State and completed same at SDA Primary School, Abule Oja, Yaba Lagos in 1976. He had his secondary education at St. Ephraim’s Secondary School, Owerrinta in present day Abia State and his tertiary education at the University of Lagos, Abeokuta Campus, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology in 1988. He has also taken courses at Stanford University and Harvard University in the United States. 

He proved very early in life through the sparks of academic brilliance he exhibited in school that he was a man destined for future leadership. He
 would be better describe a strong leader? In qualities such as assertiveness, adaptability, intelligence and conscientiousness were cited by people who know him closely as his qualities. "Research clearly shows that transformational leaders - leaders who are positive, inspiring, and who empower and develop followers - are better leaders. 

Idealized influence is another key component that worked for Ihedioha, as a Transformational leader he exemplify the behaviors and characteristics that encourage his followers. He walk the walk and talk the talk. As a result, his local Community in Imo State admire Him and work to emulate these behaviors. Ihedioha once said that If you want to become a better leader, work on modeling the qualities that you would like to see in your followers.
