Magisterial District which you hold of
him as a tenant at will which said tenancy expired by affluxion of time on 27th
of May, 2012.

NOTICE
that you are to quit and deliver up possession of the said premises upon the
service of this Notice on you, failure I shall with the leave of the Honourable
