SEVEN DAYS NOTICE OF OWNERS INTENTION TO APPLY TO COURT TO RECOVER POSSESSION.

I, BARR. CHIGOZIE EZEKIEL, as Solicitor/Attorney to the Owner- JMark Paul, on his behalf and upon his instruction do hereby give you notice that unless peaceable possession of the Three (3) bedroom  apartment with its appurtenances, lying and situate at Mr. Mark Premises, located at Plot 780 Pork Layout, Owerri, Imo State within the Owerri Magisterial District, which you held of the owner as a tenant, and which tenancy was determined on the 31^st day of May, 2015 by a notice to quit dated the 14^th day of April, 2015; and which premises is now held over and detained from the said owner be given to the owner on or before the expiration of SEVEN (7) CLEAR DAYS from the service of this notice; I shall, on a day next after the 7 days, apply to the appropriate Court for a summons to eject any person therefrom.
