THE VISION AND THE MISSION- PREACHING OF THE MESSAGE OF DELIVERANCE

There is a great need to look into the vision of the mission that God has made us leaders, pastors, elders, workers and members. The great vision which God has given His children are summarized as Bringing deliverance to God's people, Creating awareness of the second coming of Christ and Preparing the saints for rapture. This vision carries power of divine infinity and attorney.
Preaching deliverance has to do with a whole lot of spiritual, physical and freedom in Christ. Deliverance is also seen as redemption centered on God's atoning work of Christ  or the price paid for human redemption. Christ is man's divine deliverer or redeemer- Rom. 5:8; Jn. 3:16. Deliverance implies the existence of bondage or slavery ( bondage of Satan as the head of darkness or bondage of death as a penalty for sin)- Acts 26:8; Heb. 2:14-15. Redemption is both universal and limited. It is universal in the sense that it benefits are freely offered to all mankind; and it is limited in the sense that the only criteria to getting it is salvation and only those that are willing to get saved will be redeemed. It is effectual because these willing ones receive forgiveness to their sins and the power to live a new and holy life. Hence, Satan is no longer their captor, and death has lost its sting and hold over them and they look forward to the redemption of Jesus- Heb. 2;9; Eph. 1:7; Acts 26: 18; Rom. 8:15-23; 1 Cor. 15:55-57.
The benefits of deliverance are bringing good news to the poor (those who are spiritually and morally bankrupt) and the good news is the gospel of the death and resurrection of Jesus which brings about new life, forgiveness, sanctification, justification, and hope of eternal bliss- Isa. 6:1, Heb. 2:1-4, Lk. 4:14-21, Acts 1:8; Binding of the broken- hearted (those that are deeply depressed  and distressed in the crisis of life) and this gospel help them to recover- Rom. 1:16-7; Proclaiming liberty to the captives (jubilee and freedom)- Lev. 25, Deut. 15:17-18, Lk. 4:18, Isa. 61:1, Jn. 8:31-36, Gal.5:1; Opening of the prison to those that are bound (liberation) which Christ through His death achieved by liberating those under Satan's bondage and captivity and setting them in paradise-Matt. 12:40, Heb. 2:14-15, 2 Pet. 2:17-22, Zech. 4:6, Isa. 42:18-22; And comforting those who mourn (heavy hearted)- Matt. 5:4, Jn. 14:15-18, Rom. 8:17-25, Lk. 2:38.
The Holy spirit is called the comforter and those who mourn in Zion or the church as it is presently called receive beauty for ashes (a beautiful decoration); Oil of joy for mourning; garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; They are called the trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord (they will flourish like oaks, or cedars of righteousness); They have four-fold restoration (there will be restoration through building program or builders of old wastes, gentile servants where those who were formally seen as outcasts and not qualified will become God's adopted children, spiritual leaders where those that are delivered becomes priests and ministers of God and exaltation and joy from their degradation).

The nature of deliverance brought to us in Christ is a complete package of redemption, freedom and blessing. Apostle Paul calls it '' The glorious liberty of the sons of God'' which the whole creation is expectantly waiting for, that will bring about their deliverance from the bondage of corruption.
