THE WINNING FAITH

The confidence of a winning faith is the light which the Lord gives- Jn. 1:4-13; 8:12;9:4-5 and the Lore which is our salvation. Salvation here talks of deliverance, safety and perfect well being. Also, the  triumphant or winning faith knows and believes that the Lord is its strength- the Lord is our foundation, source, resource, holder and upholder of our strength- Isa. 40:27-31. The man with this faith is never afraid- Isa. 54:14-17; 41:11-16; Ex. 14:13.

The condition for getting a winning faith is one's desire. Desire is a strong longing for something, an inward propeller that makes one take certain steps or even risk- Ps. 81:11-12; Eph. 2:3; Ps. 42:1-2. Men with winning faith pursue one thing at a time. Chasing too many things at a time makes one to lose focus- Ps. 145:16; The Lord satisfies the desires of His children, especially those seeking to have a winning faith- Ps. 145:16; In order to get this winning faith, God's children should desire for the highest which is to dwell in the house of the Lord and inquire in His presence- Lk. 2:36-38.

THE RESULT OF WINNING FAITH                                     

There is divine protection in the time of trouble- Ps. 31:19-24; 91:1-16. Also, there is promotion and establishment- Ps. 40:1-4; The Rock is Jesus. There is promotion to rule in the midst and over your enemies- Ps. 40:1-3. The Lord will hear and answer you in the time of your need- Ps. 50:15. There will be willing response to God's demand to seek His face and He will not hide His face from you nor put you away in anger-Josh. 1:5; Even when men forsake or forget, the Lord will always hear and be with the one with a winning faith; He will lead you in the path of righteousness and deliver you from your enemies who want your downfall, and deliver you from their cruelty.

These blessings are only available to the one who meet the conditions of a winning faith.
