GOD'S REVIVAL WILL BRING END-TIME HARVEST

Image result for harvest

The event that took place at mount Carmel was all centered at restoring the Israelites back to their God and His mode of worship. This is what revival aims at. Revival is a prophetic event that brings restoration of backslid-den people back to God and His true worship. The altar is repaired and given its proper place and an acceptable sacrifice to God resumed with the fire that comes from God alone. The next thing that happens is the rain of revival- Hos. 6:1-4; Zech. 10:1.

Revival rain speaks of the out-pouring of the spirit of God-Isa. 32:15-20. The way the natural rain waters the earth and makes it grow vegetation to produce seed and food, so the spiritual rain of the outpouring of God's spirit- Isa. 55:6-12.

Between now and the end of the age, more people will come to the knowledge of Jesus than has been from Pentecost till now. Before the end, every village in every nation will have had the message of Christ preached to them. The knowledge of Christ will cover the earth as the water covers the sea and many whole cities and some entire nations will be converted to Him. More than one tenth of the whole world population will call upon the name of the Lord in true commitment and conversion.

This harvest will exceed any and every previous harvest that has ever been. During this harvest, the gospel will change from ''come and be saved'' to '' Bow the knee, He is the king''. This message will come not only in word but also in power and great demonstration of the spirit.

Furthermore, this harvest will be a time of reaping what has been sown, both good and evil. The evil that was sown in man will also come to fruition at this time. While the ''wheat'' is being gathered, the ''tares'' will also be gathered into bundle or unified. The gathering of the tares is meant to aid the gathering of the wheat, and this separation between the two seeds will be very visible. ''The man of sin'' will also be fully revealed and understood during this harvest. This is not to be feared because greater is He in us than he in the world, and the least of those in God's kingdom is much more greater than the all the anti-christs.
